Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Online Store, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
You can pay securely using your credit or debit card .Our payments are powered securely by Paypal® Professional Payments and Nochex Secure Online Payments.
If you prefer to call us (or for us to call you) to collect payment by debit or credit card over the telephone you can call us on 01733 241960 or select that option from the drop down menu when placing your order.
If you prefer to pay by cheque please select that option from the drop down menu when completing the order. An order page will be displayed for you to print and send to us with a cheque made payable to Homecare Essentials.
You can pay cash on collection from us - we will confirm stock availability on receipt of order.

Shipping And Handling
Standard Delivery - Orders under 1.5kg will be charged at a price based on weight for delivery via Royal Mail. Orders over 1.25kg are charged at a flat rate of £4.95 and delivered by DHL Express. Orders over 3kg are also despatched via DHL Express and charged at a flat rate of £5.95. There is no minimum order value and delivery will be FREE on all orders with a retail value of over £60* (not including any delivery charge).
You can pay cash on collection from us - we will confirm stock availability on receipt of order.
Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery is available on orders received before 3pm subject to stock availability. Orders placed on Friday for this service will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed with this service after 3pm on Friday until 3pm the following Monday will be delivered on Tuesday.
Where stock is not available for our Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery service you will be informed of the earliest delivery date and refunded the Next Day Additional Premium.
*FREE delivery is NOT available on Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery Service.
Guaranteed Saturday Morning Delivery is available on orders received on Friday before 3pm subject to stock availability. Where stock is not available for our Guaranteed Saturday Morning Delivery service you will be informed of the earliest delivery date and refunded the Additional Premium.
*FREE delivery is NOT available on Guaranteed Saturday Morning Delivery Service.
Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery Before 12pm is available on orders received before 3pm subject to stock availability. Where stock is not available for our Guaranteed Before 12pm service you will be informed of the earliest delivery date and refunded the Additional Premium.
*FREE delivery is NOT available on Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery Before 12pm.
Additional Delivery Charges - From time to time we need to ask for additional delivery charges. This usually is only for non-mainland UK deliveries or the Highlands of Scotlands. These additional charges ONLY apply to orders that cannot be sent via Royal Mail and are dealt with on an individual basis. This is because DHL Express charge us a surcharge for these areas. If you are unsure, place your order and we will be in touch.
The following is a list of postcodes to which additional charges may apply - HS, IV, KA27 - KA28, KW, PA20 - PA49, PA60 - PA78, PH17 - PH26, PH30 - PH44, PH49 - PH50, ZE, BT, IM, TR21 - TR25, GY, JE
*FREE delivery and Guaranteed Next Day Delivery Services are NOT available on orders outside of mainland UK and some parts of the Highlands of Scotland.

Delivery Schedule
IMPORTANT: Delivery of your products should be made within 2-5 working days of purchase.* If an item is out of stock you will be notified and given the option to hold the order till the item is in or you will be able to cancel the item with a full refund of that product.
* Unless you have selected one of our Guranteed Delivery Services.
You will receive e-mail confirmation when your order has been despatched. If the item is via Royal Mail please look out for the package as it may be too big to fit through a letterbox and may need to be collected from your local Post Office or Royal Mail Depot.
If the order has been despatched via DHL Express you will receive a consignment number which can be used to track the order online at http://track.dhl.co.uk/tracking/
Please use the DHL tracking service or contact your local Post Office or Sorting Office prior to contacting Homecare Essentials about the non-delivery on your order.
You can pay cash on collection from us - we will confirm stock availability on receipt of order.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
We are VAT registered and all prices displayed are inclusive of VAT @ 17.5% - your invoice will show this as well as our VAT registration number.

Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are collected and processed securely by one of the biggest Internet Payment Providers Paypal® Professional Payments or Nochex depending on how you select to pay us. However if you prefer to pay by cheque or to pay by card by telephone please select this option from the drop-down menu when completing the checkout. You can also pay cash on collection from Homecare Essentials.

Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 90 day no quibble guarantee. Simply call us on 01733 241960 if you experience any problems with anything that you have purchased.
If the item is damaged or faulty we will cover the cost of returning an item. If however the item is correct and not faulty or damaged we will not cover the cost of returning the item.
Non-Delivery of items must be reported to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. All online orders are e-mailed a despatch confirmation to the e-mail address given when the order was placed and all phone orders will be given an indication of expected delivery date when placing the order.
Failure to notify us of a non-receipt of order within 7 days of the expected delivery date may result in any claim being invalid.

Homecare Essentials guarantees the best in quality of all its products and wants you to be entirely satisfied. If you are not goods can be returned within 90 days of receipt for an exchange or complete refund by contacting us on 01733 241960.
