Soakin Magnesium Flakes 800g Usage Instructions

Instructions for bath use: Add between 250g-1000g of Magnesium flakes to a warm bath and soak for 20 minutes, 1-2 times per week, depending on recovery needs. 

Instructions for footbath: Add 100g-250g to a footbath or bowl and soak feet for 20 minutes, then rinse.
