Suitable for a variety of applications, Bacofoil Professional Baking Parchment is ideal for baking all types of cakes, biscuits, meringues and souffles.

Suitable for a variety of applications, Bacofoil Professional Baking Parchment is ideal for baking all types of cakes, biscuits, meringues and souffles.
There is no need to grease cake tins, baking sheets or the baking parchment itself.
Bacofoil Professional Baking Parchment can also be used in the making of icing bags.

Suitable for use in the microwave for individual portions. Can be used in the freezer for seperating small items prior to freezing.

Size: 50m x 45cm  (All dimensions are approximate)

Directions for use:

1. Pull "Tear to Open" strip.
2. Lift lid to expose baking parchment.
3. Feed baking parchment through large slot in lid and close lid.
4. Pull out baking parchment to desired length and with a downward motion trail along the blade to cut.

Handle with care, Sharp cutting edge.
Do not allow parchment to come into direct contact with a naked flame or electrical heating elements and the sides of the oven
Avoid temperatures over 220oC
Handle with care when cooking in a microwave as baking parchment mat become hot.
