Cooking Instructions:

+ Cut food to similar sized pieces to ensure even cooking.No need to add water.Add butter and seasonings if required.
+ Place food in the bag. Remove the peel strip on the flap, fold over and seal, making sure the fold is at least 3cm.
+ Cook in Microwave according to guidelines. When cooking has finished, allow bag to stand for approx 30 seconds, to allow steam to be released. DO NOT TOUCH during this time as steam will be hot.
+ Remove bag from microwave, water may be present so keep bag upright and pour off before serving.

Caution: For single use only. Allow bag to stand for 30 seconds before opening. Hot steam may escape when bag is opened so open away from body
