Bonda Polyester Resin 250g
Bonda Polyester Resin use with glass fibre mat or cloth for permanent repairs or for reinforcing GRP, metal, wood & masonry.

Also for fabricating GRP mouldings. Bonda Resin provides rapid 'wet out' of glass fibre.
The easy mix liquid hardener provides a maximum reactive resin system.
High strength marine grade polyester resin with thixotropic additive.
Use with glass fibre mat or cloth for permanent repairs or reinforcing metal, fibre glass, masonry or wood.
Suitable for the fabrication of fibre glass mouldings with high detail and precision.
Size: 250g
Preparation:
Surfaces must be dry, clean, free of oil or paint and sanded to provide a good mechanical key.
Application:
Apply a coat of resin mixed with hardener (catalyst) and place glass fibre in position.
Using a stippling action wet out with more resin.
Make sure any trapped air is stippled out of the laminate. 1ml (one measuring cup) should be added per 50ml (grams) of Bonda Resin.
2% addition (by weight or volume) will give 25-30 minutes of working time.
Coats:
Several layers can be applied at one time.
Drying Time:
At 15-20°C most laminates should be cured after 24 hours.
Coverage: 3-6sq/m².
Clean-Up:
All tools must be cleaned immediately after use with Rustins Cellulose Thinners before
product sets hard.
Hazards:
Harmful by inhalation. Contains Styrene. Do not breathe vapours. Wear suitable protective gloves and eye/face protection.
