Defenders Slug Traps traps Slugs and Snails using the poison-free bait supplied. Defenders slug traps can be used in gardens and allotments to protect vegetable patches, seedlings and vulnerable plants from damage by slugs and snails. Traps come baited and are reusable treating over 60m² for the full growing season.

Defenders Baited Slug Traps Usage Instructions

For best results place traps at time of sowing before plants are damaged by slugs and snails

1. Dig a hole the size of the trap base in the area most affected by slugs.
2. Remove lid and place trap in the ground ensuring side opening is above ground level.
3. Place bait inside trap, add 4cm of water Put the lid back in place and make sure it is secure.
4. Check on the trap regularly and dispose of contents.
5. Once empty, rinse and replenish bait.
