Bonda Shutter Fill is a two component filler for both wood and metal shuttering. Can be used for both deep and shallow damaged areas. Strong adhesion, resistant to impact and abrasion.
Type: A two-part polyester filler.
Intended Use: A two-component filler for both wood and metal shuttering that is easy to sand.
Special Features: Can be used for both shallow and deep damages. Has both strong adhesion and resistances to impact/abrasion, as well as to mould oils.

Bonda Shutter Fill Usage Instructions
Preparation: Should be applied onto a clean and dry substrate.
Application: Mix the filler with the hardener on a non-porous surface using an amount of filler the size of a golf ball to a pea-sized ball of hardener as the mixing ratio. Mix thoroughly until an even colour is obtained. Do not prepare more than is required as any excess will be unusable after 10 mins.
Curing Time: 30 mins – 1 hr depending on temperature and humidity.
Re-coating Time: Once fully cured and after sanding back, most paints can be applied.
Application Temp: Ideally 15-25°C, but do not use below 10°C.
Compatability: Compatible under all Rustins/Bonda finishes.
Clean-Up: All tools must be cleaned immediately after use with Rustins Cellulose Thinners before product sets hard.
