Case of 6 x HG Tile Cement Grout Film Remover (Product 11) 1 Litre
HG Hagesan Cement Grout Film Remover removes cement film, grout film, limescale, rust stains and stubborn residues from the face of tiles without affecting the grout.
HG Tile Cement Grout Film Remover (Product 11) 1 Litre
HG Tile Cement Grout Film Remover removes cement film, grout film, limescale, rust stains and stubborn residues from the face of tiles without affecting the grout. It is unique in that it will dissolve cement from the tile surface but not the cement from the grouting. It can also be used for removing rust.
HG Hagesan Cement Grout Film Remover is suitable for use on glazed tiles, quarry tiles, slate, granite, victorian tiles, brick and concrete, terracotta, porcelain and (acid resistant) Norwegian Slate; also on other acid resistant surfaces such as chrome and stainless steel. It reacts chemically with the surface of the grout to harden it. This means that the grout is stronger and more resistant to dirt. In bad cases use HG Tile Cement Grout and Mortar Remover (Product 12).
IMPORTANT: DO NOT apply to calciferous natural stone such as marble, travertine, blue (hard)stone, (non-acid resistant) slate, terazzo, granito, basaslt and cement tiles. Use HG Natural Stone Cement Grout Film Remover Proctuct 31. If in doubt test on an inconspicuous area first.
Coverage: 1 litre will be sufficient for 20-50 m².
Size: 6 x Litre
Also Available Individually See: HG Tile Cement Grout Film Remover (Product 11) 1 Litre
HG Tile Cement Grout Film Remover (Product 11) Usage Instructions
Dosage: For glazed tiles a solution of 1:10 (with water) is sufficient. For quarry tiles, brick, stone, terracotta and (acid-resistant) slate a solution of 1:4 is used. In bad cases use concentrated or alternatively use HG Tile Cement Grout and Mortar Remover (Product 12)
Directions for use: First try on a small, preferably inconspicuous place. Apply liberally and spread over the floor covering no more than 10-15 m² at a time. Leave HG Tile Cement Grout Film Remover to work for 15-20 minutes, keeping the floor wet with solution during this time.
Scrub thoroughly with a scouring pad or a stiff scrubbing brush and mop up. Rinse well (2-3 times) with water. Repeat this treatment on affected areas if any white stains remain. Remove splashes on paintwork immediately. When using we recommend using Eye Protection and an Odour Respirator (for poorly vented areas) as well as protective gloves. It is recommended to use HG Tile Cleaner Product 16 on floors when cleaning for the first time to remove the very last remains of cement.
The use of HG Tile Cement Grout Film Remover may lighten the colour of the grout/cement.
