Wudcare Fast Grab Instant PU Wood Adhesive Tube 310ml

Wudcare Fast Grab Instant PU Wood Adhesive Tube is a strong polyurethane glue that has a fast initial grab time and will expand slightly to increase bite strength. For interior and exterior use. Fast Grab Instant has an initial grab time of 1 minute and a firm bond in 5 minutes. Full cure will require 24 hours. After setting, the bond is very stable resisting 'creep', immersion in salt water and exposure to the elements. Use on damp wood, hardwoods, concrete, metal, brick, tarmac, MDF, polystyrene, cork and fibreglass. Formulated for high performance water-resistant bonds between a wide range of materials. The thixotropic nature of the gel prevents slumping and gives a level of gap filling to the bond.

Excellent chemical resistance, weathering and aging properties. Meets water resistance requirements of BS EN 204 to durability category D4.

Wudcare Fast Grab Instant PU Wood Adhesive Tube Usage Instructions

Preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free of loose material.
Application: Note: one surface needs to be porous. Apply adhesive using a standard cartridge gun to one surface. Clamp surfaces together within 5 minutes. Best results are obtained by slightly moistening one surface with a damp cloth.
Coats: One application
Drying Time: Fixture time 5 - 10 minutes. Full cure in 12 hours.
Application Temp. Working range; +5 to +35°C.
Compatibility: Suitable for use with wood, chipboard, polyurethane, mineral wool, concrete, stone, bricks, gypsum boards and traditional porous substrates. .Unsuitable for use with polyethylene, poly propylene and other low surface energy materials.
Clean-Up: Use warm soap water while uncured.

Shelf-life/Storage: Minimum 12 months when stored in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight in the original, sealed container. Do not store below +5 degrees Centigrade.
Hazards: Contains diisocyanates. Harmful by inhalation. Irritant. Avoid eye and skin contact as this product will bond surfaces together. In case of skin or eye contact wash copiously with water. Wear suitable protective glasses and gloves. Keep away from children.
